Who is responsible
Fabicoo Prints, Jaipur, decides how your personal data is used (the “Data Fiduciary” under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). Privacy questions are answered by FABICOO PRINTS: email fabicoocrm@gmail.com, or WhatsApp +91 82090 92908.
What we collect
When you order: your name, mobile number, the designs and files you upload, your instructions and the details of your order, and the messages and payments we record about it.
When you use the website: a cookie that remembers your language, and your internet address (IP) for a short time to stop misuse such as automated orders. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To check, price, print and hand over your order; to contact you about it; to keep business and tax records; and to protect the website from misuse. We use your details only for these purposes, with your consent when you send an order, and as the law requires for records.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or rent your data. Our team sees what it needs to handle your order. A few service providers process data for us, under contract and only for this purpose: our hosting and file storage, and Cloudflare’s “not a robot” check on our ordering link. Our error alerts contain no customer data.
If you arrange delivery, the driver or courier gets only what is needed to deliver. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Your original files: 24 months after your last order, then deleted. Print files: 30 days. Order, payment and invoice records: at least 6 years, as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it (except records the law makes us keep), and withdraw your consent for future use. You can also ask someone to act for you. Email fabicoocrm@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp; we reply within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
How we protect it
Files are stored privately and checked for viruses; only our signed-in team can open them, and every download is recorded. Connections to our website are encrypted. Links we send you are private: do not share them.
Children
Our service is for adults and businesses. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order.
Changes
If we change this notice, the new version appears here with its date. Orders keep the terms that applied when they were sent.
