Who we are

Fabicoo Prints prints DTF transfers in Jaipur. These terms apply to every order you send us through our website or a link we share with you. Questions: WhatsApp +91 82090 92908.

Your order

You can set up your sheet yourself, ask us to arrange your designs, or send a complete gang sheet. Sending an order is a request: it becomes a confirmed order when we have checked it, agreed the final price with you and received your payment.

We may refuse an order, for example if a file cannot be printed or a design is not allowed (see “Your designs”). If we refuse, you pay nothing.

Prices

You pay for the length of film your sheet uses, rounded up to the next 10 cm, at the rate for the film width, plus GST. Longer sheets can reach a lower rate for the whole sheet. There is a minimum charge per order. The current prices are on our website.

When you set up your sheet yourself or send a complete gang sheet, you see the price before sending. When we arrange your designs, we tell you the price after arranging them. In every case we confirm the final price with you before you pay, and nothing is printed before you agree.

Your designs

By sending an order you confirm that you own the designs or have permission to print them, and that they do not copy anyone else’s brand, logo, artwork or trademark without permission. You are responsible for the content of your designs.

We do not print designs that are illegal, hateful or obscene, or that we reasonably believe infringe someone else’s rights. If someone claims your design infringes their rights, you agree to help us respond, and you are responsible for the costs your design causes us.

We use your files only to check, prepare and print your orders. We do not sell them, share them or use them for anything else.

Files and print quality

We print each design at the size you choose. If a file has a low resolution for that size, we warn you before you send; if you go ahead, it may print soft or blurry and we cannot reprint it for that reason.

Colours on a screen and on film can differ a little. A complete gang sheet is printed exactly as you send it: we do not correct its layout, size or mistakes.

Payment

Full payment is due before printing starts, by UPI or bank transfer. We tell you how to pay when we confirm the price. GST is shown with every price, and we give you a GST invoice.

Production and collection

We dispatch your order within 24 hours of payment, and often the same day. Only working days count: we are closed on Sunday and on leave days announced on our website, and an order sent on a day off, during leave or after 6 pm is started on the next working day. At busy times it can take longer; we will tell you.

You can collect your order from us in Jaipur, or send a cab or bike taxi (for example Ola, Uber or Rapido) to collect it. From the moment we hand it over, the order is your responsibility. Outside Jaipur, we agree delivery with you on WhatsApp.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your order free of charge until printing starts. Once printing has started, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

If you cancel after paying but before printing starts, we refund the full amount within 7 days.

If something is wrong with your print

Tell us within 48 hours of collection, with photos. If the fault is ours (wrong size, a missing design, a print defect), we reprint the affected designs or refund them, as you prefer. We cannot reprint for low-resolution files you accepted, mistakes inside a complete gang sheet you sent, or problems caused by pressing (temperature, time, fabric).

Our responsibility

Our responsibility for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost sales or garments spoiled during pressing.

How long we keep your files

Your original files are deleted 24 months after your last order. Print files we make are deleted after 30 days. Your order’s private page works until 30 days after the order is complete. Order and payment records are kept as tax law requires. See the privacy notice.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur decide any dispute.
